Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To do so, your written notice must include:

  1. Your contact information (full name, address, phone number, and email).
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate user access or remove content if users are found to repeatedly infringe copyrights.
